法國血鴨

呢間係食正宗法國血鴨,個廚師要考牌架,我哋預早訂枱同埋留定隻鴨,仲有唔可以著背心短褲,有 dress code 架;LeBanyantables












先嚟一個開胃小食,有一細塊黑松露响上面架;starter









頭盤我哋要咗一個鵝肝沙律同埋一個龍蝦湯;duckliverlobstersoup









跟住係個凍湯,清一清;











然後就係我哋嘅主菜,侍應响我哋面前起咗個鴨胸,攞去輕輕煎一煎,其他部份就放响呢個榨骨榨血機,廚師就用呢啲鴨血煮成醬汁,淋上鴨胸肉,生熟啱啱好;
